I am very excited to be attending Arqana August sales next week with runners in the sale race aswell. I am just heading to Kempton where we will be trialling Mirador, a son of Almanzor who will be targeting the €150,000 sales race on Thursday 17th in the evening. Not only that, we hopefully will have a runner with Nicolas Clement, Monapia who is rated in 90’s and runs in the big value handicap over 7.5f. We have had a lot of success out of the sale from a very small amount of numbers. We bought a very nice horse in 2021 by the first crop of Sioux Nation who won first time out for Andrew Balding at Ascot. The only other horse that we have purchased was a son of Sea of The Stars called Cepheus who is now a Group 2 winner and was a Listed winner in Deauville aswell. From only a small amount of horses purchased we have had plenty of success from a limited budget which is tough buying in that sale.
